- Shipping times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days.
3. Delivery Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.
4. Refund and Return Policy Artworks:
- Due to the unique nature of the artworks and the inclusion of exclusive uncensored content, returns and refunds for artworks are not accepted.
- If the artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of receipt for a partial refund or replacement.
Other Products (e.g., clothing):
- Returns for other products are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in accordance with EU Consumer Protection Laws.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Model-Specific Content
- Each artwork purchase includes exclusive video and photo content related to the creation of the artwork.
- Models receive a portion of the artwork’s sale price after expenses. Additionally, the buyer’s contact details may be shared with the model, who has the option to contact the buyer personally.
